Implementing Harm Reduction in Pennsylvania's Community Supervison Systems is a research report published by the ACLU of Pennsylvania. The report examines adding harm reduction assessments and tools in probation departments and in the community supervision of individuals with drug offenses in Pennsylvania. The report also finds that reducing confinement, terminating probation sentences earlier, and increasing mental health supports decreased recidivism citing cases studies and legislation in York County and other states.
