The ACLU of PA is representing a woman who was arrested for disorderly conduct in the parking lot of the Post-Gazette Pavilion before a country-music concert, for holding up a sign that said, “Show us your ...” and then had a picture of bare breasts. In late March 2005, the Superior Court, in a 2-1 decision, affirmed the conviction. On April 30, 2005 we filed a petition for allowance of appeal to the PA Supreme Court.
