Tierra Bradford is a criminal justice policy advocate for ACLU Pennsylvania’s Campaign for Smart Justice. She works to decarcerate Pennsylvania and educate Pennsylvanians about the racial and class bias in every facet of Pennsylvania’s criminal legal system. Prior to joining ACLU PA, she worked as a legal fellow at Common Cause on their Mass Incarceration Project. While there she wrote a report about the racist history of Felony Disenfranchisement Laws and how they negatively impact our democracy today. She also worked as a Policy Manager for Common Cause’s Maryland affiliate. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2018. At Pitt, she was a member of BLSA and she was a 2017-2018 PLISF Fellow. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hampton University. In her spare time, she loves to watch movies, read, and discuss pop culture. (Pittsburgh)
