Most Voters with Mail Ballot Mistakes Cast Qualified Ballot
A new analysis by ACLU-PA found that a majority of voters who made disqualifying error on their mail ballot packet either cured the mistake so their ballot would count or voted by provisional ballot at the polls on Election Day 2024.
More than 20 years ago, Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court ruled that it was unconstitutional to prohibit people who are living with a criminal record from voting. But misinformation about those rights persists here in Pennsylvania.
