HR 1032 would create a House select committee with subpoena power, charged with investigating, reviewing, and making recommendations concerning the regulation and conduct of the 2020 general election. The powers delegated to this select committee are broad and its provisions poorly defined, creating a dangerous mechanism for legislative election interference.
