HB 2107 prohibits the commonwealth from issuing contracts to companies that engage in boycotts of jurisdictions, if federal statute does not prohibit trade or commerce with that jurisdiction. The bill was signed into law by Governor Wolf on November 6, 2016 as Act 163.
