On March 25, 2014, Witold Walczak, Legal Director of the ACLU of Pennsylvania, sent a letter to Carol Aichele, Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of State and Kathleen Kane, Pennsylvania's Attorney General, requesting a meeting to discuss how the Commonwealth plans to purge voters from registration rolls who are flagged as duplicates by the Interstate Crosscheck Voter Registration Program.
