ACLU-PA Argues to Count Disqualified Lehigh County Ballots

257 county voters had their mail and absentee ballots disqualified in the 2021 general election because they mistakenly forgot to handwrite a date on their return envelopes. ACLU-PA argues that violates the federal Civil Rights Act.
