Updates
On October 30, 2009, the ACLU of Pennsylvania sent a letter to the State College Borough Council warning the council that provisions of a "nuisance gathering ordinance" it is considering are unconstitutional. The ordinance would hold hosts responsible for the illegal activities of people who attend their parties. After receiving a second letter from the ACLU, the State College Borough Council decided to postpone voting on the ordinance until February 2010.
